Used and/or Damaged Parts:
Any part which, in our opinion or that of our supplier that shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.

Return Shipping:
Will be paid by us for parts incorrectly supplied by us or our suppliers, parts incorrectly ordered by the customer must be returned with shipping pre-paid. Shipping if billed to us will be deducted from any credit or refund. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% or refuse any exceptions.

Helmets:
All our helmets meet current regulations as detailed by their manufacturers unless clearly specified. Sizing can be difficult and we recommend helmets are tried before purchase.

Under no circumstances can we accept for return or refund helmets that have left our premises.

Exhaust Pipes and Mufflers:
There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to discoloration. Bluing or discoloration is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburettor jetting, overheating, and so forth, and is not caused by any manufacturing warranty. Once you have started your motorcycle, there is no refund on exhaust pipes and mufflers, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Gas Tanks:
A propriety gas tank sealer must be used together with final pressure testing to ensure full sealing of new gas tanks. Gas Tanks are supplied in an unfinished state to allow for further fabrication prior to preparation for painting. Testing and sealing must be carried out in order to eliminate potential problems. Any warranty claim regarding Gas Tanks must be made prior to any subsequent work being carried out.

Seats/Saddlebags:
Seats, once fitted, cannot be returned. Returned items must be in new condition with no evidence of wear or mount marks, so please be careful before mounting your new seat or saddlebag to check fitment.

Chrome:
This is a metallic process that will wear and discolour if not properly taken care of. Chrome plating with manufacturing faults will be considered for return within 7 days of purchase.

Engine Parts:
The manufacturers warranty applies to all engine, transmission and primary parts.

Electrical Parts or Ignition Components:
These cannot be re-funded once used but will be replaced if defective once inspected and tested by the manufacturer.

Parts orders:
Parts orders placed by phone or in our shop will require a 50% deposit. Parts ordered online will require full payment at time of order.

Motors and bike kits require 50% deposit at time of order and full payment is taken when the item is shipped to us.

A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted for orders cancelled after the order is placed with the supplier

Special orders that are cancelled and have been shipped or received by us carry a 30% cancellation fee.

Motorcycles can be dangerous and GRIZZLYS Custom Bikes has no control over the usage of part supplied and expects their customers to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part ordered and supplied by GRIZZLYS Custom Bikes.

GRIZZLYS Custom Bikes assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind due to misuse or improper application of any part in any way by any person and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever. We make every effort to get your parts to you as quickly as possible, should any parts not be immediately available at the time of your order we will complete the order and send all the goods in one consignment, unless you advise us otherwise.

We ship by Initial City Link who require a signature on delivery, we can use Royal Mail for areas where the courier service would be prohibitively expensive and for small items.

Orders received by 14:30hrs GMT (available to be shipped) are guaranteed next working day delivery by our courier. Next Day is offered for Main Land UK including some Islands & Highlands. Areas covered will be confirmed when you place your order with us.

Next Day delivery means up to 18:00hrs. If you require delivery before 10:00, 12:00 and 14:00 this can be done at extra cost, as can Saturday delivery. Our shipping charges are listed below.

Goods damaged in transit
If the package you receive is damaged in transit contact us immediately and we will make the necessary arrangements. (Please keep the entire packaging etc as proof for us to follow up with our courier)

Refunds will be made by the same method for which the goods were paid for by you.

Returns must be made within 7 days of invoice, shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns must be in re-sellable or like-new condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. See our special warranty notes on exhaust systems and gas tanks.

Return carriage will not be refunded unless it is our error.

Cancelled orders
Goods ordered or made especially for you cannot be cancelled and must be paid in full.

No charge will be made against items cancelled prior to shipping that can be re-sold, special order items are subject to a 20% cancellation fee..

How to Return an Order
When shipping items back to us, wrap the item, place it in a sturdy box and secure with packaging tape.

Do not leave the part loose in the package. Parts received scratched or damaged, or damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted for return.

All returns should be sent pre-paid, we do not accept Cash-on-Delivery returns. We can arrange our courier to collect your parcel, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30% or refuse any exceptions as detailed in these listings.

Important - Insure all returned parts for the full value to protect you against loss.
