S&S cams are designed and made by the company with most Harley High Performance experience in the world. Extensive dyno and street testing by S&S ensure you of a cam with 'Proven Performance' for the best obtainable overall result. 

S&S OES Cam - Original equipment specification. This is a direct replacement bolt-in camshaft and offers the stock timing specifications of the HD L-Grind cam.

S&S 490LR Cam - Bolt in. Designed for a broad power range improvement. Good for heavy bikes and trailer towing. Increased low and mid range performance. Works well with stock compression ratio, exhaust, and valve train. Idle to 5000 RPM. 

S&S 490MR Cam - Bolt in street performance for heavy bikes with slight modifications like intake and exhaust alterations. Works with stock up to 9.5:1 CR, RPM range 1500-5000.

S&S 490HP Cam - Bolt in. Designed for speed/touring. Works best with 9.5:1CR or light bikes with stock CR. Will allow engine modifications. 1800-5800RPM. 

S&S 508 Cam - Best bolt-in cam for stock, or close to stock 80" (1340cc) engines with less than 10:1 CR. Quiet valve train. Excellent low/mid range torque for touring and 2-up riding. 

S&S 510V Cam - Bolt in cam for 80" (1340cc) to 93" engines with stock or ported heads. Up to 10:1 CR. With a stock engine, aftermarket slip on mufflers and a Super E carb a 10HP power gain was realised at 5500 RPM.

S&S 520 Cam - Up to 96" engine with 8.5 to 10:1 CR. Short duration and overlap make good low and mid-range power. Good for dressers and 2-up riding. Used in many emission compliant engines. 

S&S 561 Cam - Best cam for 80" (11.1 CR), 96" (10.1 CR) and 98"-up up to 9.5:1 CR. Moderate duration gives good mid-range power.

S&S 585V Cam - For 80" to 96" engines 10:1 to 10.5:1 CR. Larger engines with 9.5:1 to 10:1 CR. Provides streetable combination of low end torque and top end horsepower. 

S&S 600 Cam - Best cam for 4" bore engines with 9.5 to 10.5:1 CR. Originally designed for the limited S&S 110" Anniversary engine. Good power across RPM range.

S&S 631 Cam - Hottest S&S cam. For all high RPM street/race engines with 11.1+ CR. Good performance cam from 4500RPM-up but hard on valve train components. Can also be used wioth solid lifters. 

S&S 640 Cam - Big inch engines with 10.5/11.5:1 CR. Smaller engines with 11:1/ 12:1 CR. With lower TDC lifts, faster ramps and shorter duration it builds higher cylinder pressure and requires less CR as the 631. Supplied with the S&S 124" SSW+ engines.
